 "The Oh Kee Pa Ceremony" may refer to nipple pain, but four Phish songs specifically refer to nipple slicing:

• "Fee" ("Milly took the paper and sliced him on the nipple")
• "Sloth" ("Slice your nipple")
• "Punch You In The Eye" ("and held a piece of paper to my tender nip")
• "Sanity" ("You can slice my nipple", e.g. on Junta).

A "Triple Nipple" is the appearance of any three of these five in the same show.

While Sanity rarely appears with more than one of the others, there have been at least 15 "Triple Nipples" featuring the other four:

• 10/26/89 featured all four (Fee, Sloth, Punch, and Oh Kee Pa).
• 3/26/93 had Fee, Oh Kee Pa, and Punch
• 8/19/88 had Oh Kee Pa, Punch, and Sloth
• at least 12 shows had Fee, Oh Kee Pa, and Sloth
