When you think about it, there are all sorts of things to be worried about when crossing a bridge. There are scores of bridges that have simply collapsed because of structural integrity issues. Many bridges often span high altitudes which compound the issue for those with a fear of heights (acrophobia) as well. Likewise, many bridges sway in the wind which isn’t particularly good for those with a fear of wind (ancraophobia). Let’s not forget many bridges cross water and people with aquaphobia likely aren’t too thrilled about driving over a large body of water....
Tue, 12 Nov 2019 20:35:29 GMT donotreply@phish.net (@tmwsiy) Song The Dogs Song History http://phish.net/song/the-dogs http://phish.net/song/the-dogs
An irrational fear or phobia of dogs must be a terrible affliction to live with. There are several other much more common animal phobias like a fear of spiders or snakes. Yet, those conditions are likely much easier to live with. There are entire movie and book franchises centered around haunted houses. Children are first exposed to haunted houses in literature or movies with something as innocuous as “Scooby-Doo” or “The Hardy Boys.” The exposure to haunted houses then becomes a little more real when kids are taken to haunted houses at carnivals, fairs or set up around Halloween as a fundraiser for the local PTO. All sorts of ghastly creatures, demons, ghosts, apparitions and “Freddy” style psychopathic characters jump out from hidden corridors and give kids looking for candy more than they bargained for....
Tue, 12 Nov 2019 18:59:28 GMT donotreply@phish.net (@tmwsiy) Song Mystery Jam Monday Part 395 http://phi.sh/b/5dc90f3f http://phi.sh/b/5dc90f3f
Welcome to the 395th edition of Phish.Net's Mystery Jam Monday, the second of November. (Most recently was the three-day PhanArt event at the Doubletree Denver Stapleton North.)

We're also glad to announce that Surrender to the Flow: Phish Yoga is on again - Saturday August 31st, under the outdoor pavillion at Wibby Brewing in Longmont from 1-2 p.m. Proceeds will be split between the Mockingbird Foundation and Living Yoga, and tickets are available now. As the yogi explains, this is "an all levels class set to the full sonic spectrum of a live Phish mix! Our practice will often mimic the musical ebb, flow, power & rejuvenation that only the spiritual practices of yoga & Phish can allow. Come as you are, mingle about the night before & what's to come, leave revamped for Saturday night's show!"

That's the same day as the sold-out Fourth Annual Runaway Open, as well as the Phish.net Forum meatup event in the parking lot at Dick's Sporting Goods Park. (Look for the pavillion between VIP-East parking and Lot 10.)

And while a mini-calendar for three almost overlapping events may seem a stretch, we're already envisioning a more complete list for next year... assuming there's a Tenth Dick's run.
Fri, 23 Aug 2019 05:06:07 GMT donotreply@phish.net (@Lemuria) News
